    Ray Penman

    Ray has been active in the Auto Industry for 18 years. After studying Psychology at Michigan State University, he returned back to Western NY and began his career with Mercedes-Benz. He achieved top sales awards in both new and pre-owned sales. In 1996 he was certified by Mercedes-Benz to become a Pre-Owned Manager. Duties included Purchasing Inventory, Wholesale, Manheim Auctions and various others. Ray also learned how to recondition, advertise and close deals.

     After ten years with this family owned and operated dealership, Ray moved to California and continued his path in the Auto Industry. He was a General Sales Manager for both Mercedes-Benz and Jaguar dealerships here in Los Angeles.

    In October of 2009, Ray became a part of The Auto Gallery family.  He was on the ground floor launching the Lamborghini dealership as the GSM, and has continued with The Auto Gallery with his latest move to the Porsche store as Pre-Owned manager. He has had an excellent experience and great success with The Auto Gallery family!

    When Ray is not selling cars he likes playing his guitar :)

    Kurt Keener

    Kurt Keener was born and raised in the Central California area.  It was in 1985, where he began his professional career in the auto industry, at Woodland Hills Honda.  After two short years, Kurt's first Salesman of the Year Award was a clear indication that he had a talent for the business.  His subsequent 27 year career in the automotive industry is a testament to that.

    Kurt was quickly recruited and promoted through different dealerships and became well educated in the different aspects of a car dealership.  During the late 1980's, Kurt attended the Southwest Dealer Services School of Finance.  It was shortly after that, that Kurt would become the #1 Sales Manager of the Year for his 300% increase in sales at Woodland Hills Chevrolet.
     
    Kurt continued his education and later attended the Sonic Dealer Operator Academy in which he was one of only twelve graduates. Kurt was again recruited for his skills to Acura 101 West.  It was during his 10 year career there, that he increased total sales by an impressive 100% each year.
     
    In 2009, Kurt was recruited to The Auto Gallery as Director of Sales for his proven track record and excellent rapport with his customers. He is a perfect example of what makes the "new age" car dealership.  He uses technology on the sales floor for efficiency and accuracy; insuring that the customer experience is an easy and relaxed one.  At the same time, Kurt's experience constantly reminds him that technology can never substitute customer service.
     
    Kurt enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, boating, fishing, and vacationing in the country.  Kurt is also a professional photography, but keeps that as a hobby on his spare time.

    When it comes to Porsche, Kurt respects the high standards and demands the same from his staff.  Kurt says, "We may have the best inventory and showroom, so when it comes customer satisfaction, I allow only honesty and professionalism from my staff.  Our customers appreciate that and that's why they keep coming back."

    David Lang

    David has been with The Auto Gallery since August 2005.  He began his career in the Automotive Industry in 1993. Through his experience, David says he feels as though he has found a home here at The Auto Gallery.  David enjoys working at The Auto Gallery because his clients really love the cars he sells.  He admits that it's convenient being close to home too!

    Esie has been in the car industry since 1986 and became a member of The Auto Gallery family in 2006.  Esie has been married for 25 years and has three kids who are all college attendees.  Esie says he enjoys assisting his customers with high quality service to compliment the high quality product of Porsche.

    Kaye has been in the Car Business for almost 20 years and has been apart of The Auto Gallery for over a year.

    Kaye has a daughter that is almost 14 years old who is passionate about sing. Kaye loves to spend time at the gym and enjoys running, strength training and eating healthy!

    Kaye has extensive experience and knowledge with other brands such as Bentley, Aston Martin, Rolls Royce, Chevrolet and even Harley Davidson! Kaye has worked in many areas of the business from internal work in the business office to finance and even the sales floor!  

    She likes working for The Auto Gallery because every day is different and challenging. "You never know what each day might bring so it really keeps me on my toes!"
