The POSIP refers to the side impact protection beams in the doors and two side airbags that are available on each side, the chest airbags that are placed in the side of each backrest and a head airbag that is incorporated in each door. Each airbag has an estimated volume of 28 cu. ft., which is about 8 liters, making sure that excellent protection will be provided in a side impact accident.
