What do you look for in the ideal sports car? Power? Nimble handling? Performance? Since the car's inception half a century ago, the Porsche 911 has been the industry standard for all three. And over the years, it's only gotten better.

The engine now has direct fuel injection (DFI), allowing for maximum efficiency, and increased power. A 3.6-liter 6-cylinder boxer engine is located low down in the rear of the chassis, giving the car signature handling characteristics.  The engine provides 345 hp at 6,500 rpm and 288 lb-ft of torque at 4,400 rpm. With a top track speed of 180 mph this car will not disappoint.

Power! Handling! Performance! These three features will forever set the Porsche 911 Carrera apart from all sports cars.

Porsche  gave the 911 Turbo S even more. One of the original Porsche principles: To make do is not an option. We must never stand still, we must always move forward because there is always more awaiting us around the corner.

The Porsche 911 Turbo  was given a modified valve control system, combined with increased boost pressure of 2.9 psi to 17.4 psi; the 3.8-liter boxer engine gives 530 hp and around 6,500 rpm. The max torque is a remarkable 516 lb-ft between 2,100 rpm and 4,250 rpm, giving it an extra 30 hp and 36 lb-ft compared with the Porsche 911 Turbo. The fuel consumption and CO2 emissions have remained at the same low level due to technological advances.

The Porsche 911 Turbo  S models symbolize power in the purest form, and they have to performance statistics to prove it. The Turbo S passes the 60 mph mark from a stand still in just 3.1 seconds- That's the fastest time ever accomplished by a Porsche  production car. The Turbo S does 0 to 124 mph in 10.8 seconds, with a top speed of 196 mph.

The new Porsche Turbo S is the most powerful Porsche production concepts ever produced! This model show Porsche's passion and drive to continually exceed past achievements with style over and over again.

                        Porsche 911 GT3

At the heart of the new Porsche 911 GT3 is a new engine that was developed directly through Porsche's racing programs. This engine has way more power than its predecessor, but uses about the same amount of fuel.  The flat-six boxer engine located right at the back, providing a lower center of gravity and increased traction on the drive axle. The displacement has been increased to 3.8 liters. The advanced Vario-Cam system adjusts the inlet camshafts, and now also the outlet camshafts ensuring a responsive drive and superior handling.

Crucial characteristics needed for the racetrack can be adjusted on the chassis, including the settings for height, camber, toe angles and even the stiffness of the front and rear anti-roll bars. One feature that comes directly from motor sport is the central locking equipment for the newly designed 19-inch GT3 wheels. The street-legal sport tires are designed to allow for higher cornering speeds, as well and more precise handling on the road or the track.

Even with all of this hardcore track oriented equipment, daily use is still possible with the new optional ride-height life system for the front axle. At low speeds, the front of the vehicle can be raised by 1.2 inches if there is a risk of it grounding out.

The new Porsche 911 GT3 was developed with love and passion so that you do not have to compromise.

                        Porsche 911 GT3 RS

Porsche was not done when they created the new GT3; they needed to go one step further. Based on the Porsche 911 GT3 , the RS started out at the very top. Porsche set out to create a GT3 model with more power and even higher performance with one simple goal in mind: Faster lap times.

To increase the engine power, a new air filter was installed to improve the air intake system. The result is a six-cylinder boxer engine with 3.8-liters of displacement and enhanced Vario-Cam timing.  The new Porsche  GT3 RS puts out 450 hp at 7,900 rpm and a maximum torque of 317 lb-ft at 6,750 rpm.

Statistics for the new Porsche 911  GT3 RS speak for themselves. From stand still, the new 911 GT3 RS can hit 60 mph in just 3.8 seconds, with a top track speed of 193 mph. The RS is equipped with a six gear manual transmission, allowing for short shift times. The gear ratios from
1st to 5th are about 13% shorter than in the 911 GT3, which enables faster acceleration times. The RS uses a single mass flywheel which is much lighter than the dual-mass flywheel of the GT3-- allowing the engine the rev more freely.

Constructing a car like the new Porsche 911 GT3 RS also means taking responsibility. First and foremost is the driver's safety. As in the Porsche 911 GT3, the braking system has been improved with new highly efficient composite brake discs.

More power! Greater driving dynamics! Less weight! Definitely not an easy task! All that work for a few tenths of a second less? Those few tenths for you and for us: They mean everything!
